Employment

The Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Major job functions include: obtaining psychosocial assessments; conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases; complete documentation per facility policy and procedures; case coordination; coordinate discharge planning; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performs marketing functions as assigned; assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education activities. This position may require a flexible schedule, and working weekends and holidays.

Must be licensed in the State of Florida as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Prior experience must be inclusive of chemical dependency, family systems background, group therapy, case coordination activities, and specific treatment relate to adults and/or youth in acute or residential settings.
