Insurance Overview

It is important for clients to understand what to expect from their insurance carrier prior to and upon admission. For some clients, accessing insurance benefits can be frustrating. At The Vines Hospital, we will do everything we can to assist the client in securing appropriate benefits for the services we provide. Self-pay arrangements may also be made.

At The Vines Hospital, We Will:


  • Contact the insurance provider to verify benefits
  • Complete any necessary pre-certification process required by the insurance company
  • File all of the appropriate documentation to claim payment for client care
  • Work with our physicians and medical staff to make phone calls on each client’s behalf to discuss their treatment needs.

Our treatment team will make specific recommendations for care based on our health care experience and each clients individual needs.We are aware of instances where the insurance benefits that are offered through the employer or self-insured policy may not coverall of the services offered at The Vines Hospital.
